- To handle Sale & Purchase Agreement, loan documentation, perfection of transfer & charge, discharge of charge and any other Conveyancing Matter
- Familiar with conveyancing procedures and loan documentation for the bank
- Able to communicate, handling and attending to clients for legal documentation
- To attend to any other works assigned by the firm from time to time
Qualifications and Requirements
- Degree in LLB
- Good communication skills, proficient in both written and spoken English and Malay Language
- Minimum of one (1) year of working experience in the Conveyancing field
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision
- Enjoy working as a team player with good time management, professionalism and good communication skills.
- Preferably those who can speak Chinese
