Lecturer:
a. To deliver lectures and tutorials
b. To prepare tailored lesson plans and study guides on the relevant
subject matter.
c. To prepare special handouts, study manuals, charts, Q&As and
enrichment materials to boost student knowledge.
d. To integrate technology into sessions to further enhance student
learning.
e. To provide consultation as needed for students who need assistance.
f. Setting exam questions
g. Marking of exams scripts
h. Marking of scripts by students
i. Being available on Full Time basis
j. Being available for Marketing purposes when called upon
k. Meeting with parents (when required)
Master’s in Education or equivalent in relation to the programme
assigned to.
At least 7 years of working experience in higher education.
Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken.
Strong interpersonal skills are essential in the dealings with students,
parents and staff.
Experience working in a busy and demanding environment.
Able to work independently and against tight deadlines.
