Scope of Work

  • undertake general business, administrative and secretariat tasks of the Institute
  • manage all membership related matters of the Institute and maintaining good, close relationship with members and donors
  • addressing enquiries, maintaining records, regular updates, creating and managing touch points with members and finding avenues to add value to the members
  • to develop new members and building relationships with IPC supportive industries and develop corporate membership
  • research, identification and development of database consisting of prospective members, donors and partners.
  • general administrative duties such as maintaining membership, updating database and any other duties as assigned from time to time
  • assisting the Head of Secretariat and working closely on secretariat duties
  • any other duties, assignment or works as assigned from time to time
