SIDREC is a body approved by the Securities Commission Malaysia (“SC”) to handle capital market-related disputes between individuals or sole proprietors and capital market intermediaries. We were set up under the Capital Markets and Services (Dispute Resolution) Regulations 2010 to provide free, fair and expert help to retail investors and our Members.
